We require: Senior Support Worker Essential: This role requires a Diploma or Level 2 In Health and Social Care or equivalent in Adult Care.

Hours:37hours per week Pay: 13.50ph Plus additional sleepovers paid at 64 per night

Training & Development: We provide a wide range of training opportunities such as access to Mental Health First Aid, BSL Level 1, Apprenticeships, NVQ and ILM Level 3 (all subject to eligibility).

You will need significant experience of supporting people with complex needs and have a real desire to work with an excellent and positive team.

You will be able to demonstrate good organisational skills, leadership, communication skills and a willingness to work closely with colleagues and Team Leaders to ensure the effective and smooth running of the Service.

You will be expected to assist the Team Leader in the supervision and development of specialist staff, management of service rotas, development, and delivery of support packages. You will have flexibility to work evenings and alternate weekends and take the responsibility of the on-call service on a shared rota basis.
