Across the North (Remote with regional/national travel)

The Role:
We are seeking a Regional Recruitment Lead who will support partners to growth their teams through effective recruitment campaigns. You will recruit employment advisors who support job seekers with mental health challenges to secure sustainable employment. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process including attracting suitable applicants, reviewing applications, shortlisting and arranging/attending interviews.

Duties:

  • You will lead the end-to-end recruitment for opportunities across the Northern region.
  • Support hiring managers to develop and deliver successful recruitment campaigns.
  • Coordinate onboarding and deliver initial training to new staff.
  • Support services with interviews, shortlisting, and workforce planning.
  • Deliver ongoing training and development activities.
  • Build relationships with NHS and local partners to support workforce growth.
  • Monitor recruitment and training progress, reporting on outcomes.


Required Skills:

  • Experience in recruitment, ideally in health or employment support.
  • Skilled in delivering training and supporting new starters.
  • Strong communicator with ability to influence and build relationships.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Confident working remotely and using digital collaboration tools.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and nationally.


Due to the nature of this role, you will need to undertake an enhanced DBS check and there will be regular travel across the North and from time to time Nationally so access to your own vehicle is essential.
