BAE Systems is looking for a SharePoint Developer to join a dynamic SharePoint Product Team. You’ll help drive innovation and collaboration across our global business, supporting mission-critical platforms in a secure and complex environment. Skills

Minimum 3 years’ experience working in SharePoint environments.
Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online/2013/2016, with skills in tools like Nintex, K2, Sharegate.
Experienced in managing stakeholders and leading technical delivery.
ITIL Foundation (required), Microsoft MS900 and AZ900 (mandatory).
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

The Job

Translating business requirements into effective SharePoint solutions
Leading workshops, demos, and solution planning with key stakeholders
Managing SharePoint development and migration projects, including upgrades to future versions
Working closely with Business Engagement Leads, Engineers, and external partners
Promoting best practices, driving continuous improvement, and acting as an SME in SharePoint technologies.
