REGISTERED NURSE

PRESTON

£21.50 PH + PAID BREAKS / DAYS / 48 HOURS / PERMANENT

Registered Nurse required. My client is a medium sized Healthcare Provider with over 14 years experience, with 28 homes across the country providing a safe, happy and homely environment for residents to live and thrive in. Proud to provide personalised care with dignity, choice and independence to all. This service based in Preston has an exceptional reputation within the community and with local authorities and offers care to 44 people with nursing needs, dementia and old age, with an excellent CQC report this is a great opportunity to join a highly trained and friendly team offering the highest standards of care

The successful candidate will be clinically strong, an experienced leader and a kind and caring Nurse.

Duties for Registered Nurse:

- Ensure the level of Clinical Care exceeds standards

- Ensure Statutory, regulatory and legal requirements are met and exceeded

- Provide specialist nursing support and advice

- Take responsibility for resident care

- Help and support colleagues to provide an excellent service

Requirements for Registered Nurse:

- Registered Nurse with Valid Pin

- Excellent knowledge of all Standards and NMC code of practice

- Proven track record of person-centred care planning

- Experienced leader and mentor

- A passion for delivering high standards of care
