We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to lead a team of community-based staff and support staff to ensure successful delivery of two Activity Hubs designed to support ex-offenders into employment.   You will be able to maximise the achievement of outcomes and deliver the performance expectations of commissioners.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Location: Preston (please note the successful candidate will be managing hubs in Blackpool and Blackburn)

The ideal candidate would have:

  • Ability to effectively lead and manage staff within a community environment
  • Ability to confidently present to partner organisations and other stakeholders
  • Ability to produce written reports to a good standard
  • Track record of achieving tangible performance results
  • Good understanding of the Justice Sector and HMPPS
  • Good labour market knowledge
  • Access to a vehicle with ability to travel to Blackpool and Blackburn
  • DBS check/ability to pass prison vetting
