SMART Repair Technician
Avant Recruit are proud to be partnering with our client, a market leader within Accident Repair industry. We are currently searching for a SMART Repair Technician. This role is offered on a permanent basis with excellent benefits and competitive salary.
The main responsibilities for the SMART Repair Technician are as follows:
- Carry out SMART (Small, Medium Area Repair Technology) repairs to vehicles
- Repairs can include alloy refurbs, scratches, dents, scuffs, windscreens etc
- Stripping, reworking and refitting parts
- Carry out all repairs to a high quality
To be a successful candidate for the SMART Repair Technician role you must:
- Previous experience within a SMART Repair / Paint Technician role
- Be happy working in a fast paced environment
- Full UK Licence
Salary and Benefits:
- 30k - 33k basic plus bonus
- OTE 37k - 40k realistic and achievable
