LCV Technician – Preston
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per year (DOE)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:30 (No Weekends)
Full-Time, Permanent – Commercial Main Dealer

We are looking for an experienced LCV Technician / Van Technician / Light Commercial Vehicle Mechanic to join our client’s busy commercial main dealer workshop in Preston. This is an exciting opportunity to secure a permanent role with excellent pay, structured training, and a fantastic work-life balance with no weekend work.

• Competitive salary £40,000 – £50,000 per year (dependent on experience)
• Monday to Friday hours only – 08:00 to 17:30 (no weekends)
• Ongoing manufacturer and in-house training
• Modern, well-equipped main dealer workshop environment

• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
• Previous experience working as an LCV Technician, Van Technician, or Light Commercial Vehicle Mechanic
• Main dealer experience is desirable but not essential
• A stable career history within the motor trade
• Ability to work confidently on diagnostics, servicing, and repairs

You will be carrying out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of light commercial vehicles, working to manufacturer standards in a fast-paced main dealer workshop. You will also have access to regular training to keep your skills up to date with the latest automotive technology.
