Lead FP&A - Management Accountant

Robert Half are delighted to partner with a fantastic global business operating in the Aerospace industry to support them with their search for a Lead FP&A Management Accountant.

The Role

You will have the exposure to operate as Lead FP&A within the Management Accountant role. You will have the opportunity to work closely and report directly to the Senior FP&A lead in the business.

You will work on a wide range of activities supporting the operational needs of the business. Partnering with operating teams to provide advice, eliminate waste through continuous improvement and deliver high quality financial performance information.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver budgets and forecasts at each level of the organisation
• Develop relationships with budget holders to deliver and support KPI's
• Analysis of performance to support action plans to improve profitability and cash generation
• Improve productivity improvements through labour efficiency's and quantify improvements
• Completion of all core FP&A processes Responsible for closing and reporting deliverables to HQ in the US

Qualifications Required

• Qualified accountant (ICAS, ACCA, CIMA). Accountants qualified by experience will be considered with considerable Engineering or Manufacturing experience.
• Experience working within an FP&A function.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
