Job Title: Customer Service Manager
Location: Princes Risborough
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5:30pm (40 hours a week)

Responsibilities:
As the Customer Service Manager, you will:
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service.
- Set performance standards and leverage data to drive improvements.
- Oversee customer enquiries, orders, and after-sales support for timely resolution.
- Collaborate with logistics, sales, and production for seamless customer journeys.
- Analyse customer feedback and operational data to identify improvements.
- Develop team reports and present insights to senior leadership.
- Partner with various departments to elevate customer communication and strategies.
Essential skills:
- Proven experience in a Customer Service Manager or Team Leader role, ideally in premium retail or e-commerce.
- Strong analytical skills with a talent for interpreting data and spotting trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of CRM systems
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
