Responsibilities:
As the Customer Service Manager, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Set performance standards and leverage data to drive improvements.
  • Oversee customer enquiries, orders, and after-sales support for timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with logistics, sales, and production for seamless customer journeys.
  • Analyse customer feedback and operational data to identify improvements.
  • Develop team reports and present insights to senior leadership.
  • Partner with various departments to elevate customer communication and strategies.

Essential skills:

  • Proven experience in a Customer Service Manager or Team Leader role, ideally in premium retail or e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical skills with a talent for interpreting data and spotting trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
