Automotive Fleet Sales Executive - Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £30,000 basic + bonus + car + pension; OTE £35k (open-ended)
Our client is a specialist vehicleleasing company supplying cars and vans to independent rental companies. Established for 20 years, it is the largest independent company in its sector.
The main purpose of the role
Drive sales activity to help achieve monthly sales targets by proactively contacting our existing corporate customers (e.g. by telephone and email) to agree the replacement of existing vehicles and secure additional orders
Liaising with the field sales team to drive sales volume
Working with the Sales Admin team to manage customers orders of new cars and vans
Main duties and responsibilities
To be a key contact for customers, building relationships and dealing with operational matters, from enquiry through to delivery
Produce sales materials (e.g. weekly bulletins) to communicate offers by email
Managing enquiries from existing customers & converting them into orders
Overseeing existing orders & keeping customers updated
Ensuring customer information held is accurate and kept up-to-date
Using our vehicle management system
Providing support for your Sales Admin colleagues when required
Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience
A minimum of 12 months sales experience is required, ideally within the motor industry
A positive, confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills
Excellent planning and organisational skills
IT literacy, in particular Microsoft Office
Great attention to detail, able to multi-task and prioritise
Adaptable, able to think on your feet & negotiate
