The Role:
You'll work closely with internal teams and external consultants to plan, deliver, and optimise digital campaigns. You'll take ownership of email marketing initiatives and play a key role in supporting broader digital strategies that align with organisational goals.
This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote flexibility with in-office collaboration at their Princes Risborough headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, build, and manage targeted email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Dotdigital.
- Act as the subject matter expert for email marketing systems, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion.
- Support the execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across web, email, and social media.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in managing email marketing campaigns from concept to delivery.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Dotdigital.
- Experience in digital marketing within a commercial, membership, or education-focused environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaign performance.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
- CIM qualified or working towards certification.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
