The Company you will be working for;

MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our industry leading client on their search for an experienced Customer Account Manager to join their expanding team on a full time, permanent basis. The company are looking for an attentive individual who can deliver excellent customer service to their clients. The Role you will be doing;

  • Prioritising customer orders
  • Using the SAP system to check stocks and financial details
  • Liaising with customers on any quality issues
  • Stock level monitoring
  • Component and raw material ordering from suppliers
  • Taking day to day customer queries and requests
  • Weekly planning meetings
  • Updating and maintaining spreadsheets for their customer
  • Accepting deliveries
  • Day to day filing
  • Invoicing
  • Raising works orders
  • Stock allocation
  • Assisting with projects
  • New Product Introduction
  • General office duties

About you;

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal & written
  • Proven track record of account management
  • Proficient in all office Microsoft packages
  • SAP knowledge is essential within this role
  • Well-organised and great attention to detail
  • History of a continual improvement background is desirable
  • System administrationis required.
