- Manage, coach, and develop a small team to deliver high-quality, timely outputs
- Produce accurate monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow reporting
- Partner with the FD to implement better systems, reporting tools, and KPIs
- Analyse costs, track variances, and highlight opportunities for savings and efficiency gains
- Develop clear management information and board packs to support strategic decisions
- Lead balance sheet reconciliations and maintain the fixed asset register
- Prepare and submit VAT and CIS returns
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and ad-hoc commercial projects
You’ll need to bring:
- Solid experience in a Finance Manager or similar leadership role
- Proven ability to manage and motivate small teams
- Strong technical accounting skills and a commercial mindset
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to challenge and improve
Why this role stands out:
- Newly created – make it your own from day one
- Direct access to the Finance Director – a real voice in shaping the function
- Autonomy to drive change and leave your mark on a growing business
