About UsOur large, friendly nursery in Pudsey Town Centre is dedicated to providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5. The nursery is divided into four rooms: 2 Baby rooms, Toddlers, and Preschool. Each room is led by a Room Leader with the support of an Assistant Supervisor, ensuring excellent care and development for each child. We are passionate about continuous professional development and offer free qualifications and training to all staff to support their growth.
The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant team. You will be responsible for implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities, supporting children's development in line with the EYFS framework, and working closely with the team to maintain a nurturing environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to our ever-growing nursery.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5

Implement stimulating activities based on the EYFS to support children's development

Work collaboratively with Room Leaders, Assistant Supervisors, and colleagues

Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and carers

Encourage children's social, emotional, and cognitive development

Support smooth transitions between rooms
What We're Looking For:

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)

Experience in an Early Years setting, ideally in a similar role

Passion for working with children and promoting their development

Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
