We're seeking a part-qualified Treasury Accountant to manage and analyse our financial activities within the Accounting & Finance department. The role focuses on ensuring accurate financial reporting and enabling effective treasury management.

Description
- Monitor daily cash operations, manage cash flow, and prepare cash forecasts.
- Implement and maintain treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Work closely with the Accounting & Finance team to optimise financial processes.
- Budgeting and forecasting.
- Preparing Treasury Management Accounts.
- Prepare regular financial reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with external auditors to carry out audits.
- Manage relationships with financial service providers.
- Conduct risk management activities to protect the organisation's financial wellbeing.
- Support in the development of the company's financial strategy.
Profile
A successful 'Treasury Accountant' should have:
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in treasury software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
