Location: West Sussex
Salary: 38-46,000 DOE
I'm partnering with a highly respected, award-winning architectural firm to recruit a Senior Architectural Technologist for their innovative studio in West Sussex. Your role
As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you'll take the lead on delivering projects through RIBA Stages 4-6, primarily across residential and mixed-use schemes. You will:
- Prepare and coordinate detailed working drawing packages, including plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and technical data
- Manage coordination between consultants, contractors, and internal design teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and strong relationships throughout each stage
- Mentor and guide junior colleagues, fostering collaboration and upholding high technical standards
About you
- Degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology (CIAT membership or eligibility advantageous)
- Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale projects
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
- In-depth understanding of UK Building Regulations and Housing Standards
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication abilities
- Confident working both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent technical detailing skills and knowledge of modern construction methods
