Senior Architectural Technologist

Location: West Sussex

Salary: 38-46,000 DOE

I'm working with an award-winning architectural firm to recruit a Senior Architectural Technologist for their creative and collaborative studio based in West Sussex. The team delivers a diverse portfolio of residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and commercial projects, managing each stage from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Architectural Technologist:
* Lead project delivery through RIBA Stages 4-6, focusing on residential and mixed-use developments
* Prepare and coordinate detailed working drawing packages, including plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and technical data
* Manage coordination between consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure efficient project delivery
* Act as the main client contact, maintaining effective communication throughout all project phases
* Mentor junior colleagues, fostering collaboration and ensuring high technical quality across all work

About You:
* Degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology (CIAT accreditation advantageous)
* Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale projects, typically valued at 5m+
* Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
* Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and Housing Standards
* Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication abilities
* Confident working both independently and as part of a team
* Skilled in technical detailing and knowledgeable in modern construction techniques
