A well-established tech-based company is seeking a Sales Account manager to join their team. The Sales Account manager will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with customers, development of new customers, ensuring their requirements are met efficiently. As a sales administrator you will be responding to customers enquiries and quotations, maintaining databases and supporting Business development managers.

Sales Account Manager responsibilities:

  • Promote relevant products, solutions, and technologies to both existing and potential clients
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various market sectors
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally

Skills & experience required:

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
  • Highly organised with excellent time management abilities
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen interest in technology and business development
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of barcoding and labelling systems is advantageous but not essential
