My Local Authority client in Sussex is looking to appoint a talented Project (Pilot) Lead for a Residential Care Academy on a Contract basis.
The role will provide strategic leadership and expertise to design, develop and deliver the Residential Care Academy Pilot.
About the role:
Based in the Sussex region (Hybrid):
- Embed a strong practice model grounded in social pedagogy and ensuring measurable improvements in workforce capability and outcomes for children and young people.
- Design and oversee the implementation of the Residential Care Academy Pilot.
- Develop a regional proposal for a residential care practice model informed by social pedagogy principles.
- Align the Academy's work with regional workforce development strategies through engagement with senior leaders and stakeholders.
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Deep experience in Local Authority Project / Programme Management
- Thorough understanding of social pedagogy, particularly with residential care.
- Excellence in workforce development.
- Demonstrable and detailed knowledge of residential care practice models and principles.
What's on offer:
- Salary: 550 per day, outside IR35
*negotiable based on experience
