We are delighted to be working with a leading aviation client who is seeking a driven and proactive AOG Sales Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. Based in West Sussex, this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual with experience in aviation parts sales to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. Working on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, the successful candidate will play a key role in managing time-critical enquiries, sourcing and procuring aircraft components worldwide, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to international clients.

Job Title: AOG Sales Executive
Location: West Sussex
Salary: Competitive, working on 4 on 4 off basis
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • During Mon - Friday normal hours, managing some accounts (shared with counterpart) and helping to increase and build new business.
  • Out of hours, weekends - supporting all enquiries coming in and assist colleagues.
  • Stores training will be provided so that the AOG colleague can assist in all AOG requirements.
  • Manage sales transactions from enquiry to delivery
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales
  • Source and procure aircraft components globally
  • Coordinate logistics and shipments to meet tight deadlines
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients


Requirements:

  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office
  • Experience in aviation parts sales, ideally within a 24/7 operation.
  • Confidence to work independently, especially during weekend shifts.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven approach.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
