Description
- Provide advice and support on employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and organisational policies.
- Draft and review HR documentation, such as contracts and policy updates.
- Collaborate with management to implement best practices in employee relations.
- Conduct investigations into workplace concerns and recommend appropriate resolutions.
- Deliver training sessions to managers on HR policies and procedures.
- Support the accounting and finance department with HR-related needs and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
