Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Office Assistant who has experience of covering the Reception - front of house area and also can support the Finance team. This is a lovely varied role which will work 3 days a week covering Reception and the other 2 days of the week will be supporting finance with Accounts Payable, processing invoices, payments etc.
Location: Office based, due to rural location own transport required. Parking onsite
Hours: 8.30am-5pm
Finance and Receptionist duties:
- Answering the phones and diverting calls
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Processing accounts payable invoices
- Sending PO's to suppliers
- Credit card transactions
- Signing for deliveries and post
- Covering the front of house area - reception cover
Skills and experience:
- Proven office support / accounts assistant / receptionist skills and experience as well as working in a similar office assistant type role with finance duties
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Good IT skills including MS Excel
