Hours: Full-Time (Shift pattern: 7:30am-4:00pm or 9:30am-6:00pm)
Pay: 14.00-18.00 per hour (depending on experience & qualifications)

About the role:
- Lead and inspire a team within your designated room, ensuring high standards of care and education
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Monitor and support children's development, keeping accurate records and reports
- Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children
What we're looking for:
- Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
- Previous experience in a nursery setting, ideally in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- A nurturing, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
