Location: South East England (Hybrid Working Options)Salary: £50,000-£60,000A well-established organisation with a strong international footprint is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its operations team. This role plays a critical part in the coordination and delivery of complex, global procurement, and supply chain projects.You'll work across cross-functional teams to ensure contracts are executed efficiently, suppliers are managed effectively, and projects are delivered on time and within scope.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles across a global procurement and supply chain environment
  • Administer and oversee contracts from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Review customer and supplier terms to ensure commercial and technical compliance
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables and budgets, reporting progress to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to meet delivery expectations
  • Conduct due diligence on new suppliers and manage onboarding processes
  • Interpret Bills of Materials/Quantities to support project scoping and ordering
  • Assist in managing trade finance considerations including bonds, guarantees, and payment terms
  • Provide support and guidance to internal team members to ensure project continuity

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in project and contract management, ideally within an international supply chain or procurement setting
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of commercial contracts, incoterms, and international trade logistics
  • Familiarity with financial elements of contracts including guarantees and credit arrangements
  • Experience working with technical documentation such as Bills of Materials
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
