Job Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient administrative support, prioritizing tasks based on team needs.

  • Take notes at complex, sensitive, or confidential meetings.

  • Arrange and manage large events and meetings.

  • Coordinate statutory panels and present information clearly.

  • Prepare reports, agendas, and accurate meeting minutes.

  • Update council IT systems to support service delivery.

  • Work in the office, remotely, or flexibly across locations as needed.
