An established SME in the industrial solutions sector is seeking a dynamicBusiness Development Managerto join their growing team. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their requirements are met efficiently and travelling internationally once a month to meet clients. As a Business Development Manager, you will be managing new account and bringing in new business internationally.
Business Development Manager responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by developing new client relationships (approx. 50% of the role)
- Manage and nurture existing accounts
- Collaborate closely with a small, agile sales team
- Represent the company across UK and selected international territories
Skills & experience required:
- Experience in mechanical, engineering, or industrial cleaning sectors
- Proven track record in B2B sales and account management
- Working with international clients
- Required to travel internationally once a month
