The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Store Manager to take full ownership of a Dominos store, ensuring strong performance, excellent service, and a motivated team. If youre a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect role for you!
What Youll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily store operations to drive efficiency and profitability
- Leading and developing your team to deliver top performance
- Ensuring customer satisfaction, quality control, and brand standards
- Managing staff rotas, stock control, and financial performance
- Working closely with franchise leadership to implement business strategies
What Were Looking For
- Must have proven experience in hospitality, ideally as a Store Manager, Restaurant Manager, or other similar leadership role
- A strong people leader who inspires and motivates teams
- Ability to analyse business performance and implement improvements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Passion for customer service and operational excellence
