We are a Dominos Pizza franchise with 24 stores across Manchester, Essex, and the South Coast (East Sussex), employing around 700 fantastic team members. As part of the worlds #1 pizza delivery brand, were passionate about exceptional customer service, great food, and empowering our people.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Store Manager to take full ownership of a Dominos store, ensuring strong performance, excellent service, and a motivated team. If youre a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect role for you!

What Youll Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily store operations to drive efficiency and profitability
  • Leading and developing your team to deliver top performance
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction, quality control, and brand standards
  • Managing staff rotas, stock control, and financial performance
  • Working closely with franchise leadership to implement business strategies

What Were Looking For

  • Must have proven experience in hospitality, ideally as a Store Manager, Restaurant Manager, or other similar leadership role
  • A strong people leader who inspires and motivates teams
  • Ability to analyse business performance and implement improvements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for customer service and operational excellence
