Our client is seeking an experienced painter & decorator for work in the Havant, Portsmouth, and Chichester area.
Candidates must have their own van, tools, and whites, and experience in the social housing sector is essential.
The job involves carrying out all aspects of painting and decorating in tenanted properties, requiring excellent customer service skills.
Preferred qualifications include an NVQ and a CSCS Card, along with a strong knowledge of materials and experience in domestic properties.
The position offers a competitive salary of £30,000 per year, with candidates expected to have significant experience in the field.

Our client is looking for an experienced painter & decorator to carry out work in the Havant, Portsmouth, Chichester area. You must be experienced, must have your own van, must have your own tools & whites. You will be carrying out work in voids within the social housing sector, re-active / planned maintenance, must have excellent customer service as you may be working in tenanted properties, all aspects of painting and decorating will be carried out.

Qualifications Required:

CSCS Card preferred
