Were currently recruiting fortwo Plant Operativesto join this operation, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth, safe, and consistent production of asphalt for key construction and road projects.


What youll be doing:
  • Operating, monitoring, and maintaining the asphalt mixing plant

  • Ensuring high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance at all times

  • Troubleshooting machinery and reporting any faults to the maintenance team

  • Managing raw material inputs and ensuring quality control throughout the mixing process

  • Supporting the wider team during breakdowns, clean-downs, and shift transitions

  • Working collaboratively in a shift-based team structure to meet production targets


What were looking for:
  • Previous experience working within asphalt, concrete, quarrying, or similar heavy industry

  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and safe working practices

  • Mechanically minded with good problem-solving skills
