Our client, a well-established independent agency in Purley, is seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join their accomplished team. Operating from a spacious office in a prime location, the company prides itself on its reputation and commitment to excellence.

Working Hours for the Lettings Manager: 

  • 8.30 – 6 Monday to Friday.
  • 8.30 – 5 on a Saturday
  • A minimum of 2 Saturdays is required per month (with a day in lieu), ideally all Saturdays.

The successful Lettings Manager will be offered: 

  • Basic salary and OTE of £40,000 - £55,000

Lettings Manager requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Lettings Manager is essential
  • Local knowledge is desired but not essential.
  • A strong work ethic and desire to achieve targets and goals.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Key duties for the role of a Lettings Manager will include:

  • Valuing and Listing.
  • Lead and motivate the lettings team.
  • Track targets and KPI’s.
  • Oversee the marketing and advertising of rental properties to attract suitable properties
  • Expand the Lettings portfolio by helping to secure in lettings.
