Competitive salary - up to £35K
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are looking to recruit an experienced Warehouse Manager for their client based in Cricklade . In this exciting role, you'll be in charge of overseeing 4 warehouses, making sure everything runs smoothly, products are delivered on time, and meet high-quality standards. You'll be responsible for executing the daily plan and supporting the Team Leaders in achieving their goals.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys being hands-on but can also take a step back to see the bigger picture and make strategic decisions in a dynamic environment .
Responsibilities will include:
- Training and the development of team members by communicating at a high standard
Enforcing Health and safety within the workplace
Organising and completing regular stock checks to ensure stock accuracy
Strategically managing the warehouse in compliance with company policies and vision
Setup layout using accurate stock locations Transport and distribution of goods.
Requirement Skills;
- Proven work experience as a warehouse manager
Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Leadership skills and ability to manage staff
Strong decision making and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills.
