Key Responsibilities:
- Support and guide a team of spa therapists and spa receptionists, helping to ensure smooth daily spa operations
- Carry out the full range of treatments confidently and professionally, maintaining the highest standards of customer care
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout all spa spaces
- Promote spa services and products with up-to-date knowledge, helping guests make informed choices
- Support a safe and serene environment, following all health, safety, and wellness protocols
- Mentor and develop team members, helping to maintain consistently high standards of service and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification
- ESPA training is a plus
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working in a spa or as a beauty therapist
- Previous experience in a leadership or team support role is desirable
- A genuine passion for developing others, with the ability to mentor and enhance team performance
- Proven success in delivering high-quality treatments and meeting retail and treatment upgrade targets
- Calm, client-focused approach with strong communication skills
- Confidence in delivering the full spa treatment menu to brand standards
- Good understanding of health and safety protocols within a spa environment
