A well-established business in themotor industry is looking for a customer-focusedService Advisorto join a friendly and fast-paced aftersales team at a busy service reception.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for service customers, managing everything from bookings to vehicle handovers, while ensuring a smooth and professional experience at every step.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries in person, by phone, and via email
  • Book servicing and repairs for vehicles
  • Liaise with workshop staff and keep customers informed throughout the process
  • Prepare invoices and process customer payments
  • Promote relevant services or accessories where appropriate

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in a service advisor or customer service role (motor trade orvehicleindustry preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficient in using computer systems for bookings and administration
