A well-established business in themotor industry is looking for a customer-focusedService Advisorto join a friendly and fast-paced aftersales team at a busy service reception.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for service customers, managing everything from bookings to vehicle handovers, while ensuring a smooth and professional experience at every step.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries in person, by phone, and via email
- Book servicing and repairs for vehicles
- Liaise with workshop staff and keep customers informed throughout the process
- Prepare invoices and process customer payments
- Promote relevant services or accessories where appropriate
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a service advisor or customer service role (motor trade orvehicleindustry preferred)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in using computer systems for bookings and administration
- Friendly, professional, and a great team player
- Interest in the automotive industry is a plus, but not essential
