Team Administrator

Our family feel client are looking for a Team Administrator to join their successful and growing team.

You will be joining a reputable business that provides a great service and a brilliant working culture. Furthermore, this role will be fully office based and will suit an experienced Administrator who is now looking for a new challenge. This client is looking to move quickly and can interview ASAP.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing SAGE HR software
  • Assisting with recruitment: liaising with candidates and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinating the onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Updating policies
  • Maintaining personnel records
  • Providing relevant HR reports
  • Liaising with the team to complete administrative duties
  • Arranging and coordinating company meetings and events
  • Minute Taking at various company meetings
  • Arranging company events
  • Updating health and safety records
  • Providing confident and efficient support to the HR Director
