Daytime Healthcare are working with a national supported living provider, who are seeking a Service Manager to lead the supported living site.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and managing change and improving the quality of life for individuals with a learning disability. They will also demonstrate exceptional leadership to our recently established support team, including practice leadership skills, whilst ensuring the continued smooth transition for the people we support while maintaining high standards of care and compliance.

Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Supported Living Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality care services in our supported living environments. This role is essential in ensuring that individuals receive the support they need to live independently while promoting their dignity and well-being. The ideal candidate will have experience in care settings such as care homes, nursing homes, or home care, and possess strong leadership skills to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of care staff, ensuring high standards of care are maintained at all times.
  • Develop and implement personalised care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents, focusing on their preferences and goals.

Driver with full UK valid driving licence essential - ability to travel to the service location and drive the service vehicle/s.
