Key Responsibilities

Work effectively as part of a team and attend staff meetings and training
Requirements

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent)

Good understanding of the EYFS framework

Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach to childcare

Ability to engage children in fun and educational activities
Desirable

Paediatric First Aid certificate

Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting

Experience with SEN support
