Job Title - HGV Driving Instructor
HGV Drivers wanted to train as HGV Instructors for Driving Academy primarily based in Radlett with options in Leighton Buzzard and Brill. Operating around Buckinghamshire you wil train and test students for a rapidly expanding Driving Academy.
The company has been going from strength to strength and as a result are in need of experienced, committed and reliable HGV Drivers who would like to move into a slightly different role and help train and teach Drivers in preparation for them to obtain their own licences.
- Class 1 Licence required, with good experience of driving Class 1 Vehicles.
- Temp - Perm position meaning for the right candidate this could turn into a permanent position after the initial period, complete with all the usual benefits of full time employment.
- Must have held a HGV Licence for at least 3 years and have a clean licence.
- Working hours are flexible, can work 2 x 4 hour lessons equalling an 8 hour day or 3 x 4 hour lessons equalling 12 hours per day. Set working days are Monday - Friday, weekend work required on occasion, optional weekend shifts also available.
- Good rates of pay meaning great earning potential, plus additional uplift for any additional upselling of lessons you make to students.

Pay is 20 per hour with potential for 25 per hour for additional lessons brought on.
Previous training experience extremely desirable.
