We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Deputy Manager to join our dedicated team at a specialist residential service supporting eight adults with autism and learning disabilities.Located in a peaceful residential area with excellent transport links to Bath and Bristol, our service focuses on promoting independence, daily living skills, and community integration for our residents.

As Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in both administrative duties and hands-on support, ensuring the highest quality of care and fostering a positive environment for residents and staff alike.

  • Leadership & Support:Provide strong leadership and support to the care team, ensuring effective communication and a cohesive working environment.

  • Care Planning:Develop and implement person-centred care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and professionals.

  • Compliance:Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

  • Staff Development:Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising staff, promoting continuous professional development.

  • Operational Duties:Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

  • On-Call Rotation:Participate in the on-call rota, providing support during evenings and occasional night shifts
