Contract: Full-time, Temporary (2 Terms)
Salary: MPS/UPS (Dependent on Experience)

About the Role
You'll be joining a committed team of educators who are passionate about helping students explore the past to better understand the present. The department encourages creativity, critical thinking, and curiosity, with a curriculum that spans a wide range of historical periods and themes.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach History across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons
- Encourage analytical thinking and historical enquiry
- Support students in developing strong written and verbal communication skills
- Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and academic progress
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong subject knowledge in History
- Experience teaching up to GCSE level
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- A passion for history and student development
- A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
