The Role
*Deliver engaging, practical and theory-based lessons in Plumbing (Levels 1-3)
*Plan and assess learning to awarding body standards
*Monitor learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain records
*Support adult learners in achieving their goals in a positive, inclusive environment
*Participate in course development and curriculum planning
The Person
*Minimum Level 3 qualification in Plumbing (or higher)
*Gas Safe registered with at least 5 years of industry experience
*Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one - fully funded)
*Strong communication skills and a flexible, team-focused attitude
*Determined, people-oriented, and passionate about helping others succeed
*Based within 30 miles of Radstock
