Job Title: Junior Client Services Executive
Location: Rainham
Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)

What You'll Do:
As a Junior Client Services Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. Your responsibilities will include:
Opportunity Management: Follow and progress customer opportunities through to completion using our CRM system.
- Customer Liaison: Keep customers informed about their quotations and provide them with a single point of contact for all inquiries.
- Sales Support: Identify and present additional opportunities to upsell our products and services.
- Administrative Excellence: Ensure all admin tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner, including job packs and purchase orders.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate quotes and manage client portal updates.
What We're Looking For:
We want someone who is proactive, has a cheerful outlook, and possesses the following skills:
Technical Proficiency: Excellent IT skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Word.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to upsell and demonstrate commercial awareness.
- Communication Skills: Professional written and verbal communication abilities, ensuring clear and concise information delivery.
- Database Navigation: Experience with CRM systems and the ability to navigate databases effectively.
- Prioritization Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Driving License: A clean UK driving license is essential for this role.
