Key Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance and repairs across the site
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation
- Lead a team of maintenance staff, cleaners, and contractors
- Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers
- Support budget planning and cost control
- Coordinate refurbishments, relocations, and layout changes
- Drive sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency
- Report on site activity, performance metrics, and compliance
