Facilities Manager

Location: Rainham, Essex
Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday

We're supporting a respected organisation in their search for a Facilities Manager to oversee the smooth running of a multi-purpose site in Rainham. This is a long-term opportunity with a values-led employer known for its commitment to people, community, and purpose.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation

  • Coordinate refurbishments, relocations, and layout changes
  • Drive sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency
  • Report on site activity, performance metrics, and compliance
