Our client is looking for an experienced Associate Mechanical Engineer to join their growing team in South London. This is a critical hire for a forward-thinking building services consultancy of around 12 engineers, with exciting plans to expand by another 6-8 people this year. Key Responsibilities:
路Lead mechanical design on a broad range of building services projects
路Oversee project delivery, managing resources and deadlines
路Contribute to client meetings, proposals, and fee bids
路Support and mentor junior engineers within the team
路Play a key role in strategic growth as the business expands
What They're Looking For:
路Associate (or Principal looking to progress) level mechanical Engineer with UK based consultancy experience
路Strong technical background and ability to lead multidisciplinary projects
路Comfortable in client-facing roles and contributing to business development
路Passion for sustainability, energy performance, and future-focused engineering
路Based within a commutable distance to South London
