The Role
We are seeking an experienced Revit MEP Technician to join our team on a short-term contract for a high-profile, multi-million-pound HVAC installation project. This is a unique opportunity to contribute your expertise to a major project within the [specific industry, e.g., commercial or industrial] sector.
A 3-6 month temporary contract, MEP Revit role to work on £6m HVAC Mechanical Building Services package. The project is a Hi-Rise residential new build.
To be considered for this role applicants will have:
- REVIT experience in residential building projects.
- Using Revit MEP to create complex 3D building systems and geometries for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, IT, containment and fire protection systems.
- Working from Engineer’s mark-up’s and sketches under minimum supervision to produce MEP drawings in Revit MEP and CAD as appropriate to each project.
- Proven hands-on Experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite, which includes Revit
- Practical knowledge of 3D BIM/REVIT
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD 2D
- 5-10 Years minimum knowledge within a similar environment.
- Identify and resolve any clashes or issues within the Revit model.
