Randstad Education is seeking compassionate and dedicated SEN TA to support students in secondary school in Rainham. We have a variety of roles available, offering flexibility and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs.

Responsibilities
- Provide targeted support to students with SEN, enabling them to fully engage with the curriculum
- Modify teaching materials to suit individual learning needs, including using visual aids, simplified texts, or alternative methods of communication
- Partnering with the classroom teacher to create an inclusive learning environment where all students, including those with SEN, can actively participate and thrive
- Support students with challenging behaviours using a calm, consistent, and positive approach, implementing agreed-upon strategies and interventions

Requirements
- Eligibility to work
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service
- Minimum 1 year of experience supporting students with Specific Needs in a UK school setting
- Ability to manage time effectively, keep records, and support lesson planning and delivery as needed
- Demonstrate patience, passion, and professionalism
- Manage children with challenging behaviour
