Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 3-4 years experience working on high-end housing - projects typically range from one-off houses for private clients to plots of about 30 houses - and hold relevant qualifications.

  • Resolution of contractual disputes
  • Forecasting

  • Maintaining steady workflow and turnover
  • Scheduling resources
