We're looking for a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our clients fast-paced Distribution team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and support a team of Multi-Skilled Operatives
Ensure daily productivity and service targets are met.
Plan workloads with the Distribution Shift Manager.
Drive high standards of Health & Safety.
Coach and develop team performance.
Coordinate with other departments to meet daily objectives.
What We need from you :
supervisory experience in warehousing.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
Confident in team building, planning, and decision-making.
Working Hours:
4 on, 2 off
Early/Late shifts.
Please note: Own transport is essential due to the location and hours
