TPF Recruitment is proud to be working with a well-established and highly regarded accountancy practice based in Ramsgate, currently seeking a skilled Part-Time Bookkeeper / Payroll Administrator to join their friendly and professional team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in bookkeeping and payroll who is looking for a stable, long-term position within a supportive and collaborative working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day bookkeeping for a diverse portfolio of clients

  • Preparation and submission of VAT returns

  • Managing end-to-end payroll processes

  • Ensuring compliance with current legislation and deadlines

  • Liaising with clients to resolve queries and maintain strong working relationships

  • Assisting with other ad hoc duties as required within the accounts team

RequirementsAbout You:
  • Proven experience in a similar bookkeeping/payroll role, ideally within a practice environment

  • Strong knowledge of accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks or Sage

  • Good understanding of VAT and payroll regulations

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

  • A team player with great communication and client-facing skills
