Operations Supervisor

Are you an experienced leader with a background in engineering and production? We're seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a busy operations office and play a key role in delivering high-quality output in line with production goals.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Overseeing daily operations and providing hands-on leadership to the operations team
  • Planning and scheduling workloads using an ERP system (Quantum)
  • Ensuring all standard operating procedures are implemented and followed
  • Coaching, developing, and conducting performance reviews for team members
  • Managing first-line disciplinary and grievance matters
  • Coordinating preventative and scheduled maintenance for plant and machinery
  • Monitoring stock levels of workshop consumables
  • Organising resources and equipment to meet production schedules efficiently
  • Supporting the rollout of new product development project
  • Enforcing safety standards and best practices at all times
  • Ensuring work is carried out to required standards and specifications (CMMs, overhaul manuals)
  • Collaborating with customer support teams to maintain high service levels

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
  • Proven team leadership experience within a production or workshop setting
  • Confident computer skills and experience with ERP systems
